Where do you ship? While we are based in the United States, we are happy to ship worldwide.
When will my order ship? Orders will ship within 5 business days unless otherwise noted. If your package is a rush order for a wedding or special event and you would like to make arrangements to have it ship earlier, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
Do you do special orders? Yes, we are able to accommodate most special orders. Please send us your ideas via email and we will do our very best to make it happen.
Do you accept returns or exchanges? While we hope that you love your Adorn items, we are happy to chat about any issues concerning your satisfaction. As a small business, we stand behind what we do and want you to love and use our products.
That said, if you are at all unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch via email within 24 hours of receiving your shipment, so that we can discuss a resolution together, whether it is issuing an exchange or store credit. We only offer refunds in exceptional circumstances. (To be eligible for any of the above, all items must be returned in unused condition.) Exchanges must be approved by Adorn. Shipping costs, duties and taxes and all related fees are non-refundable, and we will subtract from the value of your exchange/return.
* Because of the handmade quality of our products and the nature of our dyes, we strongly suggest that you order a color swatch sample of your desired hue before placing your complete order. Thank you!
